Furthermore this penthouse is equipped with 2 double bedrooms, firstly the guest room has fully equipped wardrobes and a window to the view of the complex and the master bedroom has fully equipped wardrobes and a patio door to the open terrace. In front of the master bedroom is the main bathroom which is equipped with a bathtub.
This luxurious complex's community costs are roughly 120euros per month and with that you have a gardener and cleaner for the community also all costs of the 2 pools and electric gates.
